If you have any problems with downloading, importing or using your brushes, please check these FAQs first. If you can find the solution then fee free to get in contact here

Downloading

If you haven't received the email with the links to download your products, then please check it hasn't got lost in your email's SPAM folder. If it isn't there, then contact me and I will resend the email.

To unzip a file on an iPad you will need to download one the following apps:

• Documents

• FileExplorer

• iZip

Importing

If you're struggling to import your brushes to Procreate it might be that you need to update your version of Procreate and the iPad's iOS. If this doesn't solve it then please contact me
